Fruits and Vegetables in Season – Month by Month

Living as I have the past couple of years, I’ve come to know when fresh fruits and vegetables are available in the area I live in.  The list below is not mine, but one somebody sent me a long time ago.

This is a rather generalized list – it is quite dependent upon where in the world you live, and what is available at your own market.  But it can give you a good idea of what fruits and vegetables are available (and least expensive) at different times of the year.
