This is a very quick and easy recipe to make \u2013 literally about 10 minutes from prep to serving.  It\u2019s great to serve on a hot summer day, and easy enough to make in large batches for a barbeque.  <\/p>\n

Watermelon Honey Cooler <\/h3>\n

6-8 ice cubes
2 cups watermelon, seeded
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoons lime juice
7-Up or Sprite <\/p>\n

Crush the ice cubes in your blender, Add in the watermelon, honey & lime juice, and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your blender.  Pour into 4 glasses, and cover with the 7-Up or Sprite.  <\/p>\n

A variations on this recipe: <\/p>\n

Add 2 cups of Orange Juice<\/p>\n

Change out the watermelon for cantaloupe or honeydew<\/p>\n
