{"id":79,"date":"2007-07-08T19:59:36","date_gmt":"2007-07-08T23:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thisfoodthing.wordpress.com\/2007\/07\/08\/buckwheat-pasta-gluten-free\/"},"modified":"2007-07-08T19:59:36","modified_gmt":"2007-07-08T23:59:36","slug":"buckwheat-pasta-gluten-free","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thisfoodthing.com\/index.php\/2007\/07\/08\/buckwheat-pasta-gluten-free\/","title":{"rendered":"Buckwheat Pasta &#8211; Gluten Free"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gluten Free flour is usually found as a mix of rice and tapioca flours.\u00a0I&#8217;ve bought different versions at a local health food store.\u00a0 And there are products on the market now being sold in standard supermarkets,\u00a0such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glutenfreeflour.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tom Sawyer All Purpose Gluten Free Flour<\/a>, though I don&#8217;t know if it is sold outside the US.<\/p>\n<h2>Buckwheat Pasta<\/h2>\n<p>1 Cup Gluten Free Flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup\u00a0 buckwheat flour<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tablespoon oil<br \/>\nWater as needed<\/p>\n<p>Mix the flours together.\u00a0 In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and oil together, and add to the flour, mixing well.\u00a0 Add water as needed &#8212; you basically need to add enough water so the pasta can be rolled out.\u00a0 If it is too dry, it will crack, and if too wet, it&#8217;s too sticky to use.
